I sit back and remember Avalon and the impact on my life. In our kitchen, on the counter, we now have a bowl of nuts to snack on while we fix a meal. It has a variety of nuts that I have bought and mixed together. It's healthy. I drink a glass of late harvest Chenin Blanc every so often. I think it's healthy. I wish I had some of Jerome's cookies, yours too. They were sure good.

Avalon, the legendary island featured in the Arthurian legend and famous for its beautiful apples, where King Arthur's magical sword, Excalibur, was forged, is a place associated with magical beings such as Morgan le Fay and the magician, Merlin.
